TEAM EVOLUTION AND MOTIVATION STRATEGIES (T.E.A.M.S.)

Many “teams” working together in the corporate environment are not actually teams, but groups. In order to be a team, members must be working together for a common purpose. They must have a combination of the skills needed to deliver that team’s projects or tasks. They must have a level of cooperation and adaptive working. Teams that are actually just groups, lacking the necessary direction and cohesion, are the cause of the failure of many projects, functions and departments.

Developing functional, motivated, targeted, productive teams will deliver highly visible results, and is also very beneficial to staff well-being. This workshop is designed to create such teams.

PURPOSE

To define the role of the team within the company. To explore the contributions that individuals can make to creating a high-performing team. To understand and create motivators to energise team performance.  To improve communication and interaction skills within the team in order to create greater synergies.

Departmental managers, functional leads, supervisors; entire teams with performance/integration challenges.
